Brown Recluse Spider Bite On My Foot |
| A brown recluse spider bit me on the bottom of my right foot. I got a tetanus shot, and heavy duty antibiotics about 1 week after the bite because I had a nasty staph infection from it. This video was taken about 2 weeks after the bite. Still on antibiotics, and opiate pain killers. It\\\'s extremely painful to walk. The pain killers make it more tollerable, but they don\\\'t completely kill the pain. The pain is still severe. I\\\'m sorry for the video quality. This is about as good as I can do with the camera I have. |

Possible Spider BIte |
| Sometime friday or saturday night ((July 27/28)) i was bitten or stung by *something* Personal research ((google + wikipedia)) suggests to me that it\\\'s a spider bite... and according to Jim\\\'s mom ((who\\\'s a paramedic)) I need to see a dr. ^^; I talked to her thursday night before feeling for any pain around the wound. The vid. ought to explain the rest... any self-help rememdies that I ought to try out? I\\\'ve been putting neosporin + pain relief on it for 4 nights now, and using ice for 2. it gets sore after a full day in clothes, but it\\\'s right under my belt, which doesn\\\'t move too much during the day so it generally doesn\\\'t hurt \\\'til about the time i get home. This was shot right after a hot shower, and the swelling was pronounced; prior to today i had only felt a bit of pain when i pressed on the area, but now the streak has swollen up... i can feel is under the hem of my pants 0.o -ian |
